The Baba Zeytun Story
In 2017, Oktay Guliyev planted 13,000 olive trees on 26 hectares of carefully selected land on the Absheron peninsula, Azerbaijan. He recognized that the area’s distinctive terroir produces olive oil shaped by the Caspian, limestone soil, and unique winds.
Five years later, when those trees yielded their first harvest in 2022, that belief was proven right. Today, Baba Zeytun is carried forward by the next generations, combining Oktay Guliyev’s founding vision with a commitment to reaching customers worldwide who value authentic, exceptional extra virgin olive oil.
